The founder story
How it started.
BRANKA started inside Pekaabo, a full-service digital marketing agency running SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, and brand strategy for clients across SaaS, healthcare, compliance tech, and hospitality.
Every week looked the same: keyword research, content briefs, writing, AEO optimization, schema markup, internal linking, publishing, reporting — repeated manually, across every client account, at the same time. It worked. It just didn't scale. The bigger our client list grew, the bigger our team had to grow with it.
We tried buying our way out of it. Ahrefs and Semrush gave us data. Surfer optimized drafts. ChatGPT and Claude helped us write faster. None of it talked to each other — we were still the ones stitching six tools together by hand, every single day.
Then search itself started changing. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews began answering the questions that used to send people to a results page — and most businesses were still optimizing for a search world that no longer fully existed.
That wasn't a tooling problem anymore. It was structural. So we built the thing we actually needed.
